Return Policy

  • We offer refund/exchange within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
  • To be eligible for a return or an exchange:
    1. The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    2. The item must have its original packaging.
    3. If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
  • Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced based on an exchange request.
  • Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds, which will be identified at the time of purchase.
  • For accepted exchange/return requests, once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email regarding the status.
  • If the returned product passes our quality check, your return/exchange request will be processed as per our policies.
  • Money will be refunded if the product is damaged.
  • For a refund, you must make a clear video while unboxing the package as proof of damage.
