Return Policy
- We offer refund/exchange within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange:
- The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must have its original packaging.
- If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
- Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced based on an exchange request.
- Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds, which will be identified at the time of purchase.
- For accepted exchange/return requests, once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email regarding the status.
- If the returned product passes our quality check, your return/exchange request will be processed as per our policies.
- Money will be refunded if the product is damaged.
- For a refund, you must make a clear video while unboxing the package as proof of damage.
